(Java) Network Based Screen Share
I have spent about 6 or 7 months on this one, with no luck. Does anyone know how to create a live screen sharing applet in Java?
You would put the target applet on the target computer. Then you would launch the Controller which connects to Target, to view the computer's screen.
I have acheived something like this in DarkBASIC Professional, but it just isn't efficient

Re: (Java) Network Based Screen Share
I have achieved EXACTLY what you are talking about. It's called WebsiteAlive Live Screen Sharing!

Josh, you are annoying. Leave the forums and go eat mashed potatoes
Re: (Java) Network Based Screen Share
You're getting off topic... I am going to call a Java fanatic and see how this might be possible.
He says that I should learn Ruby on Rails. WHICH REQUIRES MYSQL, ugh!

You should really rethink the rules. There is nothing wrong with getting off topic and cracking some jokes. No forum I know of has a problem with going off topic.
Re: (Java) Network Based Screen Share
Ugh, never mind.
I am trying to find out how to get the Java thing working, and I don't want my topic filling up with stuff that doesn't have to do with Java

I understand that, all I'm saying is that you should rethink some of the rules. I may know someone that can help with the Screen Sharing.
