Staff Needed for Production!

Ok, I've been wanting to make a game since I was born, but because of my impatience I can never finish it. So I need help. For my Current Production "Broken" I need Spriters, Coders, Musicians (Midi to Epicness, but no loops like in GarageBand.) and Background Artists. Additional Experience could possibly be to play the Games Thing Thing 4 and Intrusion. The game is a lot like both, so if you want to join the Team, please Email me.

Another thing. Basically, its a physics side scrolling shooter that has the following Contents (or at least enough of the following).

• Physics
  
• Day and Night
  
• Allies and Enemies
  
• Money to purchase guns and clothing
  
• Halo-Combat Evolved health system
  
• Character Creation
  
• Classes (Military, Agent, Civilian, Police Officer)
  
• Customization for weapons (upgrades and addons like extended barrel or laser sight)
  
• Possibly Rocket Launchers and Sniper Rifles (really need help creating an effect for the Snipers, cause it's a side scrolling shooter...)

I'll include your name, ideas, epicness, ect. No money involved, just the awesomeness of making games.

I'm going to point out the massive flaw in this. You appear to have minimal knowledge of programming. At least for outside of GM. I'll put it this way, you have invented a language named C+. C is a language, C++ is a different language that is based on C. If you copied and pasted C code into a C++ compiler, it wouldn't work. Same goes for the other way round. I suggest you learn a bit more for programming, at least until you understand it better

Err... Yes you are right... which is why I would like some staff. I've got massive ideas, good story telling, but the problem is that I can't program it.

BTW: Here is the Rough Draft of the story that inspired me to create the game. "Part One: Broken Trust"

To me it sounds like you cannot be bothered putting in a bit of effort to learn it... Which isn't neccesarily a bad thing. But im gonna concentrate on my game for now. Im just about to finish the story, then i'll start on the game latter

Ok.. great. It's not that I don't want to learn it, it's that I don't have any time to learn it. I might possibly learn it in a Computer Literacy Class I'm taking, but that's unlikely because Comp Lit might not even teach me any coding. Still, thanks.

I think that's a bit harsh. There are a lot of people out there who have great ideas and brilliant abilities to design games, but decide to focus on the creative side of game making rather than the technical side. It's not like rok demanded people help him, he just wants to know who's interested.

I accept that, i was simply stating that most people on these forums have programming experience... Somehow, i also thought it was a bit harsh when i wrote it... but to late now

Well sometimes how great games are made is that, one main has a dream. Okay? He hires/gets people to join his dream in a game. They could be designers, programmers, graphics designers, musicians... He could tell them the idea and voila.
